New project nurse

Emilie Sylvestersen Ravn will be working with patients and research projects in the clinic and joins us from a position at the Paediatric Cancer Department at Rigshospitalet.

Our research nurses play a vital role in bridging research and clinical practice. They are often responsible for recruiting participants for our studies and maintaining contact with them throughout the course of the research projects. 

At the same time, they help ensure that research activities run smoothly without disrupting the clinic’s logistics or patient care. It is precisely this variety of responsibilities that Emilie Sylvestersen Ravn is looking forward to:

“I am excited about having direct contact with patients while also having the opportunity to immerse myself in the research side of the work, where there is a greater focus on structure and systematic processes,” she says.
